Visionary potion is conjured when the Moon is in Pisces. This oil can be used on the body, in a bath, in ritual, on petitions, etc. My mugwort is special... I use this oil before bed for dream work, rub a little on my Ajna ( Third eye chakra), and hands before meditation... and my littles use it before bed to "have good dreams".
